I was asked to design a Valentine's card for personal use. I was working on a couple of quilted heart projects but they weren't bright enough. So, to the fabric stash bins to pull inspiration from some colorful and heart-themed fabrics.

After piecing together a small cabin (from a sampler pictured above) . . .

I remembered a decorative magnet that I have displayed on a metal thread rack (sorry, no visible label or logo). Voilà - the Valentine greeting below is exactly what she was hoping for!
